Kualifikasi:

  • Pendidikan SMA/SMK Tata Boga
  • Pengalaman minimal 2–3 tahun sebagai Demi Chef/CDP
  • Menguasai area/section dapur yang menjadi tanggung jawab
  • Mampu bekerja di bawah tekanan dan target waktu
  • Memiliki jiwa kepemimpinan dan komunikasi yang baik

Jobdesk:

  • Bertanggung jawab atas operasional section dapur
  • Menjaga kualitas rasa, tampilan, dan konsistensi makanan
  • Mengatur dan mengawasi tim di section terkait
  • Memastikan kebersihan dan standar food safety
  • Berkoordinasi dengan Sous Chef/Head Chef
