Job description for Channels Marketing Intern at Makoto-ya (s) Pte Ltd
This position reports to the Marketing Director and interfaces with the company sales and marketing team. You will be driving marketing ideas to expand and grow Makoto-Ya business by executing value-driven solution sales activities through channel partners. You will have ample opportunities to grow in a fast and dynamic company.
Specific Responsibilities:
Trainee to be involved in:
Creating Listings for various e-commerce marketplaces
Processing and liaising customers' orders on marketplaces
Liaising with the account managers on marketplaces
Interacting with customers to provide information on orders and handle enquiries
Setting discounts campaigns and promotions on marketplaces
Creating Ads on FB Account Manager and Google Ads Account
Creating Ads on different marketplaces to attract visibility
To learn how to create listings on various ecommerce platforms so as to increase our range of SKUs available on platforms and thus increase sales.
To learn how the processing, shipping and liaising of orders on the various platforms so as to ensure that customers can get their orders on time.
To learn how to interact with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about our products and to handle and resolve complaints (if any)
To learn how to liaise with account managers to get better visibility and promotions on our products.
To learn how to set discounts and create campaigns so as to increase visibility and sales on our platforms.
To learn how to create Facebook Ads, Ad sets, Facebook Audiences to boost our online presence and convert to buying customers so that intern can use Facebook Ads manager and has the ability to measure and report on performance of Facebook marketing campaigns.
To gain knowledge on creating Google Ads and monitor Google Analytics to create campaigns so that the intern can use Google Ads manager and Google Analytics and has the ability to measure and report on performance of Google marketing campaigns.
Requirements
Deep interest in e-commerce and consumer-marketing
Strong command of the English language
Customer Oriented
Proficiency in Canva/Photoshop
Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing
Resourceful, organised, a strategic thinker with an eye for detail
