Job Overview
The Channel Executive TikTok is responsible for managing and optimizing TikTok Shop performance to achieve GMV and sales targets. This role focuses on campaign execution, promotion setup, performance monitoring, and coordination with content, affiliate, and live streaming teams.
Job Description
- Monitor daily GMV and TikTok Shop sales performance
- Execute campaigns, flash sales, vouchers, and promotional activities
- Manage TikTok Shop Seller Center operations
- Analyze store, campaign, traffic, conversion, and ROAS performance
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports
- Coordinate with Content, Affiliate, Live Streamer, and Marketing teams
- Ensure content and campaigns run according to targets
- Monitor shop health, ratings, and customer reviews
- Provide insights and recommendations based on performance data
Job Requirements
- Minimum Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in any major
- Minimum 1 year of experience managing TikTok Shop or e-commerce platforms
- Strong understanding of TikTok Shop Seller Center, campaign tools, and promotion setup
- Experienced in handling GMV / sales targets
- Able to analyze performance data and analytics
- Proficient in Google Sheets / Microsoft Excel
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Target-oriented, detail-oriented, and proactive
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
