Job description
As Strategic Business Development Analyst, you will work closely with the BoD team to drive strategic initiatives forward to develop new revenue streams and inform company strategy. You will operationalize, build and maintain partnerships to generate new revenue streams and grow RPS customer base.
As a key member of our business development team you will:
- Work together with our Senior Management to drive strategic initiatives forward.
- Build revenue and profit models associated with promising partnerships and opportunities.
- Come up with new innovative ideas to grow RPS customer base.
- Build strategic relationships with external prospects to help drive corporate development goals.
- Operationalize partnerships by working cross-functionally across internal teams to generate buy-in and drive accountability.
- Be responsible for developing internal processes to standardize and scale channel partnerships.
- Manage BD projects to explore & develop new revenue streams and inform company strategy.
- Create and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the company to implement and optimize processes for new partnerships.
- Other duties as required
Qualifications:
- • 2+ years of experience in a business development or business analyst role.
- You probably completed your master degree in business, marketing, or similar. But Fresh graduate of Master Degree in Business (MM/MBA) may apply.
- You have strong analytical skills and mindset regarding funnels, business KPIs.
- You have a structured and solution-oriented working style to drive projects efficiently.
- You feel comfortable in a fast, dynamic and constantly changing environment
- You improve processes and make things happen at the same time.
- You can implement new ideas and ensure buy-in from the executive level.
- You are a team player and love to collaborate with others.
