- Minimum 2 years of experience in a Casting Executive or related role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Experienced in talent sourcing, casting processes, and talent coordination.
- Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible and adaptable to dynamic project schedules and working arrangements.
- Background in Media, Communication, Broadcasting, Film, or related fields will be an advantage.
- Ability to operate a camera and handle casting sessions/processes will be a plus.
