Qualification :
- Minimum education: Senior High School/Vocational High School (SMA/SMK) or equivalent
- Previous experience as a restaurant cashier is preferred
- Able to operate POS System and cashier administration
- Good administrative and transaction-recording skills with attention to detail
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Able to communicate in English (basic to intermediate level)
- Well-groomed, neat, and professional appearance
- Honest, disciplined, responsible, and has a good attitude
- Possesses strong hospitality attitude and professional manner in serving customers
- Friendly, communicative, and able to work well in a team
- Able to work under pressure and in shift schedules
- Accurate in cash handling and payment transactions
- Job Description:
- Handle customer payment transactions accurately and efficiently
- Operate POS System for order input, billing, and payment processing
- Provide friendly, professional, and excellent customer service
- Assist customers with payment inquiries and transaction issues
- Ensure cash register balances at the beginning and end of each shift
- Prepare daily sales reports and maintain transaction records properly
- Coordinate with service and kitchen teams to ensure smooth operations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cashier area
- Promote a positive hospitality atmosphere and maintain professional manners
- Handle cash, debit/credit card, and other payment methods responsibly
- Support restaurant operational activities when needed
- Ensure all transactions follow company procedures and policies
