Your Role
* Conduct career conversations and interviews with candidates
* Understand individuals' goals and recommend suitable opportunities
* Build and maintain professional relationships
* Coordinate interviews and candidate follow-ups
* Work closely with senior consultants on recruitment projects
* Participate in structured training and continuous learning
