Job description
RESPONSIBILITIES
We are looking for a guest service oriented individual to fill the role of a Captain . This role entails providing guests with a whole-hearted hospitality and wonderful dining experience.
You will be responsible for:
- Welcoming guests and delivering an exceptional service to ensure highest level of guest satisfaction
- Order taking and serving
- Managing guests' reservations
- Upselling of menu items and wine list with your extensive knowledge
- Projecting a courteous and professional image
- Developing and maintaining good relationships with team members

- Prior experience in F&B is highly advantageous
