Role Description

This role provides a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in field operations and customer engagement. You will work closely with your team leader, customer development team and manager to execute canvassing activities within assigned areas — focusing on customer data collection, user acquisition, and market insights.

It is an excellent opportunity to build practical field skills, deepen your understanding of customer behavior and local markets, and contribute directly to lead generation and business growth within a fast-paced, target-driven environment.


Responsibilities

  • Conduct field surveys and canvassing activities to collect accurate potential customer data within the assigned area and timeframe.
  • Identify, profile, and document customer information including business type, needs, challenges, and decision-making process.
  • Visit markets, business locations, and customer sites to engage directly with potential customers.
  • Understand customers’ challenges and clearly communicate the company’s products or solutions that address their needs.
  • Generate customer inquiries and qualified leads to support the sales pipeline.
  • Support sales activities through data gathering, customer follow-ups, and coordination with the sales or customer development team.
  • Drive new customers acquisition in line with company targets.
  • Achieve individual and team KPIs as set by the Business Development Manager.
  • Build trust and maintain strong relationships with customers, local communities, and relevant partnersAccurately record, update, and share customer and market data with internal teams in a timely manner.
  • Provide market feedback, competitor insights, and customer trends to support business improvement.
  • Comply with company policies, data accuracy standards, and ethical field practices.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned to support business objectives.

Qualifications

Must-Have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field.
  • Fluent in both spoken and written English.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable interacting with diverse customer profiles.
  • Able to explain products/services clearly and persuasively.
  • Basic understanding of data collection and reporting.
  • Good time management and ability to work within tight schedules.
  • Target-oriented with a proactive mindset.
  • Able to work independently in the field with minimal supervision.
  • Familiar with the assigned area/territory is a plus.
  • Able to use basic mobile apps or tools for data input and reporting.
  • Honest, disciplined, and detail-oriented.
  • Must own a personal laptop.
  • Must own a personal motorcycle.
  • Must hold a valid driver’s license for both motorcycle and car (SIM C and SIM A).
  • Able to drive a manual transmission car.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Hands-on data input and reporting.
  • Experience with sales & customer development and expanding customer networks.
