Job description for Business Support General Manager at eVantage HR
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Agribusiness, Agriculture, Forestry, or Management
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the palm oil industry and has held the position of GM (handling multi departments: HRGA, FAT, IT, License & Sustainability and Purchasing).
- Comprehensive knowledge of plantation management, palm oil processing (PKS), corporate finance, and sustainability (ISPO/RSPO).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with fluency in both Indonesian and English being an added advantage.
- High integrity, professional ethics, and a commitment to good corporate governance (GCG).
- Willing to be placed at Konawe Regency, Southeast Sulawesi.
