Job description for Business Strategy Manager at Spectrum

This role is for someone who :
1. Knows how to open doors and more importantly, close them with value
2. Understands that selling is not pitching, but translating business problems into creative and Marketing Innovative solutions
3. Can manage high-value accounts while continuously unlocking new opportunities within them
4. Is comfortable operating in a fast-moving, high-standard environment where numbers and ideas matter equally
What You’ll Actually Do :
1. Drive new business acquisition and build a strong, qualified pipeline
2. Lead client conversations from first contact to deal closure
3. Grow and manage existing accounts with a clear focus on revenue expansion and retention
4. Work closely with Strategy, Creative, and Media teams to craft solutions that are both sellable and impactful
Take ownership of targets and consistently find ways to outperform them
Who This Is For :
1. Proven track record in sales, business development, or account management preferably in agency, media, or marketing-related industries (2-3 Years)
2. You’re commercially sharp, but also creatively aware
3. You don’t wait for opportunities but you create them
4. Driven by growth, but you understand that relationships build empires
