Job description for BUSINESS SOLUTION SUPPORT at PT. Ayodya Dialog Semesta

Sebagai Business Solution Support, tugas Anda membantu tim dalam menyiapkan proposal, mengelola administrasi vendor, tracking pipeline project, dan memastikan koordinasi internal berjalan lancar.

Tanggung jawab utama:

1. Pembuatan Dokumen Proposal

  • Menyusun Bill of Quantities (BoQ), Rencana Anggaran Biaya (RAB), dan dokumen teknis proposal.
  • Memformat dan merapikan presentasi company profile, surat pengantar, dan NDA.
  • Menyiapkan dokumen pendukung tender (administrasi, teknis, harga).

2. Administrasi Vendor & Procurement

  • Mendaftarkan dan mengelola akun perusahaan di platform procurement.
  • Mengirim permintaan harga (RFQ) ke vendor/principal dan menindaklanjuti quotation.
  • Mengelola database vendor — memastikan data kontak, produk, dan payment terms selalu update.

3. Pipeline & Project Tracking

  • Memperbarui pipeline tracker secara harian — memastikan project aktif ter-tracking dengan benar.
  • Membantu menyusun laporan mingguan/bulanan: pipeline status, activity summary.
  • Menyiapkan data untuk KPI dashboard dan presentasi management.

4. Koordinasi Internal & Eksternal

  • Berkoordinasi dengan divisi Product, Business Solution, Technical Operation, dan Services untuk kelancaran project.
  • Mengelola jadwal meeting, site survey, dan perjalanan dinas tim.
  • Menjadi PIC dengan vendor/principal untuk informasi produk, harga, dan ketersediaan stok.

5. Support Operasional

  • Membantu persiapan workshop, demo produk, dan event perusahaan.
  • Menyusun meeting minutes dan notulensi rapat.
  • Mengelola filing dokumen project (hardcopy dan digital).

KUALIFIKASI

  • Pendidikan minimal D3/S1 semua jurusan (IT, Manajemen, Komunikasi, Teknik diutamakan).
  • Fresh graduate dipersilakan melamar.
  • Mahir Microsoft Office, terutama Excel (rumus, pivot table, chart) dan PowerPoint.
  • Teliti dan detail-oriented.
  • Kemampuan organisasi yang baik.
  • Terampil dalam komunikasi verbal dan tulisan menggunakan Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Bersedia belajar cepat tentang produk teknologi, ekosistem vendor, dan proses sales B2B.
  • Nyaman bekerja di lingkungan tim kecil yang bergerak cepat.
  • Berdomisili di Jakarta atau bersedia commute ke Jakarta Selatan.

Nilai tambah:

• Pemahaman dasar tentang produk IT (server, jaringan, CCTV, display, cloud).

• Familiar dengan proses pengadaan pemerintah/BUMN (e-procurement, Inaproc).

• Kemampuan dasar Bahasa Inggris (membaca datasheet produk, korespondensi email vendor).

• Pengalaman membuat BoQ, RAB, atau dokumen proposal.

• Memiliki SIM A (untuk mobilitas ke lokasi project).
