Job description for Business Representative Supervisor at PT ASIA VEHICLE RENTAL INDONESIA (AVIS)

AVIS is operated under RMA Indonesia, which our businesses located in Jakarta, Bali, Semarang, Surabaya, and Balikpapan.
We are currently looking for a Business Representative Supervisor to be based in Balikpapan. In this role, you will lead sales initiatives, build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and business partners, and develop strategies to expand our car rental business in the Bali market.
The salary will be discussed during the offer stage and is negotiable, as the amount shown above is not final.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the car rental industry (B2B segment), preferably in the Kalimantan area.
- Experience handling projects in mining, plantation, or oil & gas industries is a strong advantage.
- Strong communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
- Target-oriented with the ability to handle operations effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct prospecting and business development for long-term car rental (B2B).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients.
- Manage and update the B2B customer & prospect database.
- Ensure accuracy of rental administration and customer data.
- Assist in payment collection from customers.
- Handle customer complaints and maintain positive relationships.
- Coordinate with internal teams and related parties in the rental business process.
- Supervise and ensure smooth branch operations.
