Job description for Business Partnerships Manager at Flash Express Group
FLASH PAY INDONESIA (FLASH GROUP INDONESIA)
FlashPay (PT Flash Pay Indonesia) is a Bank Indonesia–licensed Payment Service Provider (PJP) and part of Flash Group, a Southeast Asian technology group operating across Indonesia, Thailand, the Philippines, and Malaysia. As we scale our e-money, merchant aggregator, and remittance business lines, we're looking for someone to own our institutional partnerships.
What you'll do:
→ Build and manage relationships with banks, switching providers, and vendor partners
→ Lead commercial negotiations and drive cooperation agreements from draft to implementation
→ Work closely with our IT team on partner integration and onboarding (API, virtual account, disbursement, switching)
→ Drive marketing and merchant acquisition across our product lines
→ Coordinate with Compliance, Legal, and Operations to keep everything within our PJP scope
What we're looking for:
→ 5+ years in banking, financial institutions, payments, or fintech
→ Solid grasp of banking & payment industry regulations and terminology (Bank Indonesia / OJK)
→ Understanding of KYC / KYM / KYB principles
→ Strong commercial negotiation, merchant acquisition, and stakeholder management skills
→ Confident producing business documents and proposals
→ Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia & English — Mandarin is a strong plus
→ A risk certification (e.g. BSMR) is an advantage
