Job description for Business Operations Manager at PT. SIPS Edutech Indonesia
We are looking for a Business Operations Manager who will help professionalize and strengthen the foundation of our business. You will make sure all internal processes – finance, administration, HR, legal, and operations across teams – run smoothly, allowing our leadership to focus on growing the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee accounting & financial reporting: ensure monthly P&L, budgeting, compliance
- Lead administration & HR: streamline processes, drive efficiency, manage HR operations
- Manage legal & compliance: coordinate contracts, ensure full regulatory compliance
- Drive operational excellence: implement SOPs, track KPIs, improve workflows across teams
- Act as trusted operations partner to the General Manager
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years experience in legal, finance, or operations
- Experience in fast-growing businesses or startups preferred
- Passion, enthusiasm, and strong will in carrying out responsibilities
- Interest in professional education/training, medical, or healthcare industries
- Broad perspective and global mindset in decision-making and problem-solving
- Relevant background/experience in management, accounts, finance, HR, and compliance
- Fluent in English (both speaking & writing)
- Strong organizational skills
- High integrity, attention to detail, proactive mindset
- Familiar with Indonesian legal/HR/tax frameworks
- Comfortable working directly with top leadership
