Cheng Yew Heng is looking for a well-rounded Business Manager who can lead and grow the e-commerce segment of its digital business.
You should be enjoy working with people, be hungry for sales, seek new ideas and be a collaborator. You will also need to be comfortable with dealing with technical issues, improving customer experiences, and be hands-on.
To manage partners, vendors, customers, and backend operations of the new e-commerce business. To create digital marketing strategies including online and offline ways to promoting and running of the FoodCulture.SG site.
o Onboarding of new vendors
o Grow pipeline of vendors
o Vendor & product management
o Promoting vendors’ products to distribution chains.
o Coordinating Orders and Fulfilment
o Growing of customer base
o Manage Customer Reviews & feedback
Coordinate new promotions with design & marketing team
o Website Development & Improvement (understand Magento platform)
o Work closely with Innovate 360 partner organisations, and retail vendors.
• Gain knowledge and experience in running an e-commerce platform and digital marketing
• Learn about shipping and logistics in commodity trading.
• Excellent team player with good interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
• Be part of something meaningful – Helping Start-ups and SMEs go digital, market, and sell their products.
• Learn useful business-relevant skills – back end Magento e-commerce platform and statistics.
• Understand logistics and fulfilment flow for e-commerce and commodity markets.
Cheng Yew Heng Candy Factory is Singapore’s oldest and only sugar manufacturer in Singapore producing Rock Sugar, Red/Black Jaggery Sugar since 1947.
