Job description for Business Intelligence Intern (BI) at Abbott
1, Summary:
Interacting with business users and back-office users and system owner to diagrammatic AS-IS and TO-BE processes. Analyzing and processing master data governance on system to have single place of trusted.
- Reporting directly to: BI Manager
- Subordinate: NA
- High frequency of interaction: daily with Commercial Excellence team
- Working location: 3A Office, Flemington town – F13, 182 Le Dai Hanh, Ward 11, District 11, Ho Chi Minh City
2, Core job responsibilities:
- Collaboration with related stakeholders to understand the current processes of master data and visibility these process into diagram
- Analyzing and proposal the to-be process of master data which saving the manually effort by turning into system
- Executing the master data cleansing, standardizing, updating on systems in-charged
- Driving stored procedure, Extract-Transform-Load (ETL) from source system into Data Warehouse (DWH) to keep the versioning and managing master data on Data Warehouse for analysis
- Visualizing data on report/dashboard to be alert & monitoring when data has missing or lag of updated
MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIRED
- Graduate or Undergraduate level. Commit to work in 6 months
- Major in Information Technology (IT)/Math-IT/Data Analysis background
Core Skill Requirement
- Confident with Computer skill, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.)
- Having skill with diagram such as Visio, Figma, draw.io, etc.
- Having experience with Programing Language such as SQL, Python is preferring
- Having experience with Report/dashboard visualization
