Role Overview
As a Business Intelligence Consultant, you will work on various client engagements, leveraging your analytical, statistical, and technical skills to transform complex data into actionable business insights. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy solving business problems through data and collaborating with stakeholders to drive informed decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, process, analyze, and interpret large datasets using analytical, statistical, and programming techniques.
- Understand business requirements and user data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities.
- Translate data findings into actionable insights and recommendations for clients.
- Design, develop, and maintain business intelligence dashboards and reports.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support data-driven decision-making.
- Ensure data accuracy, quality, and consistency across reporting solutions.
- Support clients in optimizing business processes through data and analytics.
Requirements
Educational Background
Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university in one of the following fields:
- Mathematics (Statistics)
- Physics
- Actuarial Science
- Computer Science / Information Technology
- Electronics Engineering
- other elated disciplines
Skills & Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience as a Data Analyst, BI Developer, Business Intelligence Analyst, or a similar role.
- Basic understanding of statistical concepts and analytical methods.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
- 1–2 years of hands-on experience with Power BI (including DAX) and/or Tableau.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Curious mindset with a passion for learning new technologies and business domains.
- Ability to communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Good command of written and spoken English (mandatory).
