Job description for Business Intelligence Analyst at OnPoint
Reporting to the Manager, Data Analytics Centre of Excellence you will be responsible for:
● Collaborate with internal business users to identify their problems and provide analytical solutions. Complete data specifications, develop predictive and descriptive analytical solutions to improve business performance.
● Working with external partnerships to achieve the goals of data pilot programmes.
● Understand the Data & Analytics As A Service product vision, strategy and roadmap, and the associated product performance, financial and operational metrics to measure the health and success of products and initiatives.
● Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing teams to develop and manage project plan to optimize digital marketing funnel, improve user onboarding experience and develop user growth strategies for data products
● Collaborate with Data and Engineering team to develop and manage project plan to deliver product features in accordance to business values
● Facilitate discussions with cross-functional teams to ensure that issues and roadblocks are resolved timely by Person-In-Charge
● Manage budget and expenses related to the delivery of SaaS product
In order to succeed in the role, you should ideally have:
● Have at least one year of experience as Product Owner
● Have a hands-on attitude - the Product Owner must be willing and able to "dive deep" into the inner works of our platform
● You are good at working with cross-functional teams
● You have solid experience leading agile teams with Kanban or Scrum methodologies
● You are willing to take actions, challenge status quo and thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
● You are comfortable with ambiguity and able to balance priorities
● You have a curious growth mindset paired with strong execution
● Fluent in both written and spoken Vietnamese and English
