About Us:
We are a growing EdTech company specialising in software and hardware learning tools for the local education market. As our business expands, we are seeking a driven and service-oriented individual to strengthen our customer relationships locally and overseas.
What You Will Do:
• Handle customer enquiries, contracts and general administrative tasks
• Present and introduce our products to schools, organisations and partners
• Conduct product training and demonstrations (in-person or via Zoom)
• Visit local customers when required (travel within Singapore)
• Engage overseas customers through online meetings and Zoom product demos
• Identify and develop new sales leads
• Support product research and development activities
• Participate in and organise events to promote new products
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
What We Are Looking For:
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin (Malay is a plus)
• Confident, eloquent, friendly and patient
• A good team player with a positive and responsible attitude
• Comfortable with digital devices, apps and social media
• Organised, meticulous and detail-oriented
• Creative, resourceful and enjoys challenges
• Able to work under pressure when needed
• Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience preferred
• Minimum Diploma in Business Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
