Kualifikasi

  • Memiliki pengalaman minimal 2 tahun di bidang sales dengan mindset sales hunter (aktif mencari dan mendapatkan klien baru).
  • Mampu berkomunikasi dalam bahasa Inggris secara lisan maupun tulisan menjadi nilai tambah.
  • Memiliki pengalaman di perusahaan exhibition atau event management menjadi nilai plus.
  • Terbiasa menggunakan software CRM seperti Salesforce, Zoho, Odoo, atau sistem sejenis.
  • Memiliki pengetahuan dan pengalaman di industri Investasi (Crypto, Saham, P2P, dll), Travel, atau penyedia layanan perjalanan Umroh & Haji.
  • Memiliki motivasi tinggi, sikap positif, serta mampu bekerja sama dalam tim dengan baik.
  • Dapat bergabung secepatnya (ASAP).

Deskripsi Pekerjaan

  • Menjual booth pameran serta mendapatkan exhibitor dan sponsor baru untuk acara yang diselenggarakan.
  • Membangun dan menjaga hubungan yang baik dengan klien yang sudah ada, termasuk exhibitor booth dan sponsor.
  • Mengembangkan peluang bisnis baru untuk berbagai event serta memastikan citra brand acara tetap terjaga dengan baik.
  • Mengawasi proses layanan end-to-end bagi pelanggan pameran serta mengembangkan database atau sumber daya bagi pengunjung pameran profesional.
  • Memperluas dan mempertahankan hubungan kerja sama dengan sponsor dan exhibitor.
  • Bekerja sama dengan tim Marketing dan Operations untuk mencapai target pameran.
  • Memastikan tingkat kepuasan yang tinggi dari seluruh stakeholder pameran, termasuk sponsor, exhibitor, dan pengunjung.
