Responsibilities
- You will act as the customer-facing solution advisor who helps Tritronik understand customer context, business needs, pain points, and opportunity direction. You will work closely with Business Development and Solutions Engineer to convert customer problems into structured solution opportunities.
- This role is focused on customer understanding, solution advisory, requirement context, and opportunity discovery — not sales closing.
- Conduct customer discovery sessions to understand business problems, operational challenges, and solution expectations.
- Capture customer pain points, business priorities, stakeholder expectations, and high-level requirements.
- Prepare customer insight notes, opportunity briefs, and requirement context documents.
- Support early-stage solution advisory and customer problem framing.
- Work with Business Development to structure opportunities into proposal-ready solution initiatives.
- Work with Solutions Engineer to validate technical assumptions, feasibility, and possible solution direction.
- Maintain customer solution understanding, including existing systems, roadmap, challenges, and improvement opportunities.
- Identify potential upsell, cross-sell, enhancement, or new solution opportunities from customer interaction.
- Support customer presentations, workshops, and solution discussions.
- Ensure customer context is clearly handed over to internal teams before proposal development.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Telecommunication, Information System, Business Technology, or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in presales, solution consulting, business analysis, product consulting, customer success, or technology advisory role.
- Experience in customer-facing technical or consultative discussion.
- Experience in gathering business requirements, identifying customer pain points, and translating them into solution direction.
- Experience in digital transformation, telco, enterprise platform, data platform, cybersecurity, IoT, or managed service environment is preferred.
- Strong ability to understand customer business processes, operational pain points, and technology needs.
- Good communication and consultative questioning skills.
- Ability to translate customer discussion into structured requirement notes, opportunity briefs, and solution context.
- Basic-to-good understanding of digital platforms, enterprise systems, IT/telco solutions, or data-driven solutions.
- Able to work with technical, product, delivery, and management teams.
- Good documentation and presentation skills.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
- Able to identify opportunity signals from customer discussion.
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving, multi-domain solution environment.
