Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Conduct market research, social selling (LinkedIn), and networking activities to identify and qualify potential B2B customers.
- Outreach Excellence: Contact potential customers via cold calls, emails, business visits, or attending industry events to initiate sales pitches.
- Consultative Selling: Analyze potential clients' digital presence and prepare tailored sales materials, such as proposals or contracts, that address their specific business needs.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term client relationships to ensure satisfaction and identify upselling opportunities.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the technical SEO and Content teams to ensure client requirements are feasible and aligned with agency capabilities.
- Market Intelligence: Stay updated with SEO trends and Google algorithm changes to provide proactive solutions and maintain a competitive edge.
- Pipeline Management: Regularly update the CRM/sales tracker to ensure accurate reporting of sales activities and goal progress.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 2 year of experience in Business Development or Direct Marketing, preferably in a B2B or Digital Agency environment.
- Drive for Success: Target-oriented mindset with a strong motivation to achieve goals and earn performance bonuses.
- Digital Literacy: Passionate about digital marketing; having basic knowledge of SEO (On-page, Off-page, Technical) is a significant advantage.
- Soft Skills: A proactive individual with exceptional negotiation, presentation, and communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Work Style: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while being an effective team player in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to Detail: Excellent research and analytical skills with high precision in preparing proposals and contracts.
- Placement: Willing to work on-site in Kebayoran, Jakarta Selatan.
