We are building language solutions for businesses to reach their next billion users powered by AI.
As one of the core members to join our team, you will play a key role in shaping the business positioning, sales, growing the team, and contributing to the vision of our company together with the founders.
Business Development:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and innovative individual who can closely work with the founders and willing to take risks for creating its own strategies of growth.
Requirements:
- Identify opportunities for strategic partnerships & manage existing alliances to help drive new customer acquisition, market penetration, and brand visibility
- Identify/Cold Call/Meet Key decision-makers (including CXOs) in partner org and establish effective business relationships
- Negotiate with the strategic partners to get the best possible deal with a focus on long term gains
- Develop a deep and long-standing relationship, ensuring high mindshare from partners
- Leverage data and market research to continuously explore new partnership opportunities
- Create and implement a monthly sales plan for alliances
- Continuously measure the impact of each campaign, optimize for best ROI and regularly share key performance metrics with management and key stakeholders
- Collaborate closely with teams to operationalize and manage strategic initiatives/campaigns
- Fluent in English. Comfortable with various accents
- Must be comfortable with Salesforce CRM, LinkedIn, and Cold reach out platforms.
- We are a diverse team so sensitivity to the spectrum of gender, ethnicity, and preference is a must.
- Must be comfortable with cross border sales and attending international calls.
Ideal candidate:
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills for interacting with team members and influencing strategic partners at the CXO level.
- Strong networking skills. Ability to connect with people across teams & levels
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to express thoughts logically and succinctly
- Entrepreneurial mindset, tremendous drive & ownership, hands-on, result-oriented.
- Strong bias for action attention to detail in the execution of the partnership initiative.
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Creative ability to conceptualize innovative and clutter-breaking campaigns
- Strong Prior experience in partnerships/alliances role will be a plus (preferably in Enterprise SaaS Sales)
