Job description for Business Development at Bigbox
As a BigBox Business Development, you will be part of the marketing & sales team that leads the adoption of the BigBox Platform & Solution, you will be immersed in the inner workings of the comprehensive platforms for big data analytics, IoT and streaming, and machine learning. You will utilize your strong business competencies and customer service skills to provide the highest level of business to marketing & sales teams, prospects and customers to support sales goals. This role is part of Business Development. Specific goals/responsibilities are as follows :
Responsibilities
- Responsible for identifying, developing, and driving new revenue opportunities inside BigBox’s total available market
- Manage positive and long-term business relationships with key customers & partners
- Support market research & studies and evaluation of potential channel partners
- Develop sales pipeline with key customers & partners
- Establish short and long term strategies for generating and qualifying sales leads
- Collaborates with marketing, sales, product development, and other stakeholders to support annual business development plans.
- Helping the team to make decisions in developing the business and maximizing the organization's revenue potential
- Drive sales growth and increase market share in assigned area by growing the base of existing and potential customer
- Develop market & pricing strategy
- Monitor and analyze competition activities
- Log, track, and maintain customer contact and contact records.

- Experience of Making B2B Partnership with System Information Industry
- Business/Accounting/Management Background Preferable.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable and confident speaking to mid-level and senior executives.
- Strong organizational skills Strong interpersonal communication skills.
- Analytical, detail-oriented, and results-focused Scrappy and competitive.
- Desire to drive results and improve every single day.
- Prior experience selling or marketing is a plus but is not required.
- We’re seeking an exceptional individual to help drive the growth of our sales efforts in the rapidly changing local delivery industry.
- Having 2-3 years of experience in cold calling and selling SaaS or IT products (SME/SME)
- Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools.
- Have a positive, can-do attitude, extraordinary hustle, disdain for failure, and hunger/appreciation for the feedback.
- Have deep self-motivation, initiative and the ability to self-manage.
- Huge plus: experience selling to HR Manager, CEO, VP, Accountant or Finance Manager Comfortable working in a small, distributed team.
