Job Description:
- Lead a team to grow specific city
- Achieve the sales targets by managing the field sales team with main job to do acquiring and retention of Tokopedia Local Seller Merchant
- Create and execute a strategic business plan to grow existing merchant customer base
- To monitor campaigns against KPI's, be fully aware of trends and analytics, success and risks to increase sales
- Sound Leadership skills covering collaboration, negotiation, influencing to work across departments and with external parties
- Complete accurate, objective, and fact-based performance appraisals for all direct reports in timely manner
- Create and present the sales, revenue, and expenses report and realistic forecasts per city to Tokopedia's Management Team
