Team Development and Management
• Oversee the Business Development Team.
• Supervise and be responsible for the work of the team by regularly checking on the work process and results and giving help when needed.
• Create a regular report presented to the Manager
• Build and maintain a high performing team and monitoring, performance management, coaching and training.
• Establish and build out the Business Development function of the company, including developing an overall Business Development strategy.
• Make an action plan monthly/yearly, monitor the achievement, and conduct the analysis.
Revenue Target Achievement
• Manage team for the sales achievement, performance, and development.
• Achieve target set by the company (monthly, quarterly, annually) from new and existing customers in targeted industry
• Work towards sales and revenue goals as established in partnership with the leaderships.
• Seek out and source new customers by developing networks and independently identifying and developing relevant resources for sales and business development.
• Work collaboratively with the Business Development Team and Sales Team to develop creative outreach strategies to attract customers.
• Collaborate with members of the team to ensure an excellent customer experience across all client interactions from needs assessment through delivery and project follow up.
• Developing and pitching ideas for potential new channels
• Explain to potential customers about the various benefits offered by company products or services; following them up so as to close the business deals
• Develop business proposals for new potential channels
• Working with executives to implement marketing strategies and new opportunities
• Monitor the Progress & Evaluate the project/new channels performance
• Ensure Stakeholder Satisfaction
• Develop creative strategies to retain the clients including interviewing them to take their feedback and incorporate it into the growth plan.
• Determine cross-selling opportunities for existing or new channels
