Job description
Responsibilities:
Identify and create new business opportunities
Spearhead business development initiatives
Revenue generation and strategic partnership development and management
Build and manage sales and business development
Identify potential customers and generate leads
Carry out marketing research, do sales forecasting, promotional planning and brand promotion
Integrate usability studies, research and market analysis
Coordinate with technical team and executives
Willingness to go beyond your defined responsibilities to learn and grow together with the company
Requirements:
Degree in Electrical Engineering
Highest level of Integrity and Honesty
Proven leadership experience; Excellent organizational skills
Relentlessly Proactive and Positive
Entrepreneurially driven and creative self-starters
Comfortable in creating, implementing, evaluating strategies in all business related fields, including marketing, sales and finance
Looking for challenges in a dynamic start-up environment
Experienced (or passionate about) Business Development/Sales, with an outgoing and resilient personality
Exceptional analytic skills and a strong attention to detail, as well as a hands-on mentality
Flexibility, with the ability to think and act independently and problem solve quickly and effectively
Experience in setting up businesses or other organizations is a big plus (but not a must)
