Franchise & Business Development Executive

Requirements :

Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in any major.
Experienced in Business Development, Sales, or Franchise Development is preferred.
Strong communication, presentation, and persuasive skills.
Able to identify potential leads and develop business opportunities.
Strong market analysis and business growth strategy skills.
Creative, proactive, and target-oriented.
Fluent in English (spoken & written).
Able to work independently and in a team.
Working place : Bandung

Job Description :

- Find new locations for clubs or branches

- Support proposal drafting and negotiation

- Assist with project management of signed deals that require improvement

- Identify new sub-markets for business growth

- Establish and maintain relationships with investment partners, owners, and service providers

- Analyzing data and developing effective strategies to reduce business costs and increase company profits

- Business trip as needed

- Meet with potential investors to present company offerings and negotiate business deals
