Job description for Business Development / Partnership Staff at AsmaraKu

You will join a dynamic and fast-paced environment and work with a cross-functional team
consisting of Campaign & Partnership, Marketing, Data Team & Pricing, and Finance.

The day-to-day activities:
● PIC representative to manage relationships with external clients.
● Maintain online merchandising and promotion proposals to achieve sales targets.
● Maintaining growth other local and regional strategic partnership.
● Retain and optimize brands relationship to drive overall sales volumes.
● Develop assortment plans that support overall strategy of the category in terms of SKUs
and suppliers.
● Working on administration works such as partnership & campaign report.
● Liaise with internal teams to drive strategy which include merchandising, marketing,
sourcing, legal, finance, warehouse, etc.
 
The must-haves:
● Fluent in spoken and written in English.
● Excellent communication, negotiating and presentation skills.
● Advance and proficient in Excel and Power Point.
● Passionate with Data Analytics, Retail, Merchandising.
● Have applied analytical techniques to prepare reports for other teams.
● Highly organized and able to work in a team & independently.
