Job description for Business Development - Medical Device (Alat Kesehatan) at PT Safelock Medical
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities (hospital, clinic, distributor, and strategic partners including OEM)
Build and manage long-term relationships with distributors, partners, and healthcare institutions
Develop and execute business expansion and partnership strategies
Initiate, structure, and negotiate strategic partnerships (including distribution and OEM collaboration)
Prepare and manage MoU / partnership agreements aligned with business objectives
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support partnership decisions
Support tender and e-catalog activities (SIRUP, government projects)
Present business proposals and partnership concepts to potential partners
Monitor partnership performance and ensure alignment with company targets
Collaborate with internal teams to align strategy, execution, and operational readiness
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in relevant field (Management, Marketing, Biomedical, Pharmacy, etc.)
2–5 years experience in Business Development / Sales / Marketing (medical device preferred)
Strong understanding of medical device market, distribution channels, and partnership models
Experience in handling strategic partnerships or OEM collaboration is a strong advantage
Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Analytical mindset and target-oriented
Basic understanding of regulatory (AKD, TKDN) is an advantage
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
