Job Description:
Business Development Manager will support the important business enablement functions that keep our organisation running strong. As a Business Development Manager, you will managing teams to provide the knowledge, resources and tools that help Quality Resources (QR) deliver exceptional quality service to our clients, win in the marketplace and support QR’s growth and profitability.
Key responsibilities:
1. Developing and executing marketing strategies for both B2B and B2C segments.
2. Planning and managing sales, marketing & branding events/activities to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement through both digital and conventional channels.
3. Maintaining and managing Company Databases to ensure accurate and up-to-date information for marketing and sales initiatives.
4. Product development including business proposals and strategic partnerships to support client acquisition and retention.

Qualification:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, or any related field.
2. Minimum 3-5 years experience in B2B Sales & Marketing, preferably in a professional services organization.
3. Experience in Digital Marketing is a plus
4. Strong managerial skill: Team & Stakeholder management, communication, negotiation, etc.
5. Proven ability to see business development projects successfully (from inception to completion)
6. Demonstrated ability to work independently, as well as work in teams and in a multi-environment.
7. Analytical with strategic thinking orientation.
