Job description for Business Development Manager at GREDU

Responsibilities:
  • Generate partnership among client accounts, including upselling and cross-selling
  • Develop positive relationships with clients
  • Act as the point of contact and handle customers individual needs
  • Manage projects within client relationships, working to carry out client goals while meeting company goals
  • Responsible for keeping current clients satisfied and delivering exceptional client service on a day-to-day basis
  • Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to customers in a timely manner
  • Coordinate with all members working on the same account to ensure consistent service
  • Forecasts and tracks client account metrics, aligned with company objectives
  • Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth
  • Generate new business using existing and potential customer networks

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Business/Education/or related fields
  • Dabbling in education
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in Business Development or a related
  • Demonstrable ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization
  • Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
  • Self-motivated and able to thrive in a results-driven environment
  • Understanding of sales performance metrics
  • Goal-oriented, organized team player; Self-motivated and self-directed
  • Excellent interpersonal relationship skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; must be a listener, a presenter, and a people-person
