Job description for Business Development Manager at Marquee Executive Offices
- To handle sales for office rental (executive offices), collaboration clients and co-working space.
- Experienced in developing, planning and implementing effective Sales and Marketing strategies and continually looking for business opportunities.
- Able to analyze overall sales performance and to identify key areas for necessary improvement.
- Responsible for generating revenue and reach target sales.
- Analyze trends that cover all aspects from revenue projections to expense controls.
- Ability to creatively structure deals to optimize sales outcomes and understanding how different deal structures relate to overall business objectives
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients / potential new clients and key internal teams
- Minimum Bachelor Degree/S1, preferred overseas graduates.
- Excellent communication & writing skill in English and Bahasa.
- Minimum 5 years experience in property Industry, building management and sales marketing.
- Good computer literate and presentation skill
- Must be Sales and target oriented, working independent, committed with high degree of drive and have strong negotiation skills.
- Self motivated, Self drive , proactive, initiative and pleasant personality.
- Demonstrated the ability of meeting sales target as set by company
- Interpersonal skill, mature, pleasant personality, good leadership, analytical, hard working, creative, and able to work with tight deadlines.
