Job description for Business Development Manager at PT Petra Penida Energi Indonesia
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Business Development Manager to support our team.
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Management, Sales, Business Development, Business Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 7 years of professional experience in Sales and Business Development.
- Proven experience within engineering consultinng, technical consulting, or engineering services companies.
- Possession of professional certifications or formal training in Sales and Commercial Development is preferred.
- Proven experience in leading and managing teams for at least 5 years.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools and visual content development is an advantage.
What You'll Do :
- Develop, analyze, and implement business, marketing, and sales strategies to support the company’s growth objectives (short, mid, and long term)
- Prepare, manage, and evaluate departmental budgets to ensure effective resource allocation and financial performance.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, market potential, and prospective clients to expand the company’s customer base.
- Lead customer relationship management (CRM) initiatives and monitor project progress through regular quality control and performance tracking.
- Provide leadership, coaching, and performance management to the Business Development team to ensure operational excellence and goal achievement.
- Prepare and present internal reports on business performance, sales achievements, strategic initiatives, KPIs, and action plans.
- Develop, maintain, and improve departmental SOPs, knowledge management systems, and process streamlining initiatives.
- Implement, monitor, and continuously improve the department’s quality management system to ensure operational effectiveness.
- Lead the preparation, evaluation, and negotiation of business proposals, tenders, and commercial quotations.
- Establish and develop strategic business partnerships to support sustainable business growth.
- Coordinate and monitor the collection process related to client payments and outstanding receivables.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Company to support business objectives and organizational needs.
