- Strong analytical skills and ability to structure complex commercial settings
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills
- Able to maintain good internal and external relationships
- Knowledge of Indonesian local market is a must
- Experience in early stage startup environment is preferred
- Familiar with Microsoft Office
