Business Development Manager - Mandarin Speaker (Renewable Energy)
Location: Office Tower Area Senayan, Jakarta (Full WFO)

Responsibilities
• Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities within the Renewable Energy sector, including Solar PV, Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), EV Charging Infrastructure, Energy Efficiency, and other clean energy solutions.
• Drive business growth through B2B and B2G sales channels by establishing strategic partnerships with private enterprises, state-owned enterprises (BUMN), government institutions, EPC contractors, and key stakeholders.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers, government agencies, regulators, investors, consultants, and strategic business partners.
• Develop and execute business development strategies aligned with the company's revenue and market expansion objectives.
• Manage the complete sales lifecycle, including lead generation, client meetings, solution presentations, proposal preparation, tender participation, commercial negotiation, contract closing, and account management.
• Identify, monitor, and participate in government procurement projects, tenders, and renewable energy initiatives.
• Collaborate with engineering, technical, and project teams to develop customized solutions based on client requirements.
• Prepare business proposals, commercial offers, feasibility studies, project presentations, and tender documentation.
• Conduct market intelligence, competitor analysis, and identify emerging industry trends to support strategic decision-making.
• Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline and provide regular sales forecasts and business reports to management.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent after-sales relationship management and identifying opportunities for repeat business.
• Represent the company at business meetings, industry exhibitions, conferences, networking events, and government forums.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Development Manager, Sales Manager, or Key Account Manager.
• Proven experience handling B2B and B2G (Business-to-Government) sales and business development projects.
• Experience in the Renewable Energy, Energy, Power, EPC, Electrical, Infrastructure, or Industrial Solutions industry is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of government procurement processes (LPSE/e-Procurement), tender management, and public sector business development is a significant advantage.
• Experience working with enterprise clients, government agencies, BUMN, industrial companies, or multinational corporations.
• Male or Female.
• Willing to work Full Work From Office (WFO) in Office Tower Area Senayan, Jakarta.

Required Skills
• Fluent in Mandarin (Speaking, Reading, and Writing) — Mandatory.
• Professional proficiency in English is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of B2B and B2G sales strategies and key account management.
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and commercial management skills.
• Strong networking and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Experience in preparing commercial proposals, tender documents, quotations, and contract negotiations.
• Strong understanding of renewable energy market trends, regulations, and government policies in Indonesia.
• Excellent analytical, strategic planning, and business development skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Experience using CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, Microsoft Dynamics, or equivalent) is an advantage.

• Existing network within Government Institutions, BUMN, EPC Contractors, Utilities, Industrial Companies, or Renewable Energy Developers.
• Experience handling government tenders (LPSE) and strategic public sector projects.
• Experience in Solar PV, Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), EV Charging Infrastructure, Energy Efficiency, or Smart Energy Solutions.
• Previous experience working with Chinese companies or managing Chinese clients and partners is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of Indonesian renewable energy regulations, licensing, and incentive programs will be a strong advantage.
