Job description for Business Development Manager (Indonesia) at Moonton Games
Objectives of this Role:
- Managing both our existing partner pipeline and developing new business opportunities from various industries
- Take a lead role in the development of proposals and presentations for new business materials to create and nurture business opportunities and partnerships
- Identify trends and customer needs, building a short/medium/long-term partnership pipeline in accordance with targets
- Identifying new business opportunities for Mobile Legends: Bang Bang
- Analyzing partner feedback to improve and expands relationship
- Develop strategies and positions by market/audience of Mobile Legends: Bang Bang
- Assist in the coordination and implementation of marketing strategies, and delegate tasks that achieve strategic goals
- Responsibilities
- Monitor and evaluate industry trends and meet regularly with partners and stakeholders to discuss strategic partnership
- Manage proposal response process, content creation, and inputs from various sources
- Generate new leads, identify and contact decision-makers, screen potential business opportunities, select the deals inline with strategies, and lead and facilitate pitch logistics
- Develop and implement business development strategy, processes, and structure
- Support marketing campaign with engaging partnership from various industries
Requirements:
- Minimum experience 5 years of Above The Line - Bellow The Line - Through The Line BD partnerships activities, creating BD partnerships strategies, and budget management
- Graduate with Bachelor Degree
- Ability to interact professionally with a diverse of clientele
- A high level of maturity, tact, and diplomacy
- Excellent interpersonal communication, writing, and organizational skills
- Must be detail-oriented and have a strong willingness to learn
- Must possess the ability to plan, organize, and handle multiple functions simultaneously and communicate clearly and professionally
- Passionate in game industry and game product
- Thrive in constant change and comfortable in a start-up environment
- Excellent communication in English, both verbally and in writing
- Excellent communication in Mandarin, both verbally and in writing will be advantage
