Job description for Business Development Manager (Indonesia) at Moonton Games

Objectives of this Role:
  • Managing both our existing partner pipeline and developing new business opportunities from various industries
  • Take a lead role in the development of proposals and presentations for new business materials to create and nurture business opportunities and partnerships
  • Identify trends and customer needs, building a short/medium/long-term partnership pipeline in accordance with targets
  • Identifying new business opportunities for Mobile Legends: Bang Bang
  • Analyzing partner feedback to improve and expands relationship
  • Develop strategies and positions by market/audience of Mobile Legends: Bang Bang
  • Assist in the coordination and implementation of marketing strategies, and delegate tasks that achieve strategic goals
  • Responsibilities
  • Monitor and evaluate industry trends and meet regularly with partners and stakeholders to discuss strategic partnership
  • Manage proposal response process, content creation, and inputs from various sources
  • Generate new leads, identify and contact decision-makers, screen potential business opportunities, select the deals inline with strategies, and lead and facilitate pitch logistics
  • Develop and implement business development strategy, processes, and structure
  • Support marketing campaign with engaging partnership from various industries
Requirements:
  • Minimum experience 5 years of Above The Line - Bellow The Line - Through The Line BD partnerships activities, creating BD partnerships strategies, and budget management
  • Graduate with Bachelor Degree
  • Ability to interact professionally with a diverse of clientele
  • A high level of maturity, tact, and diplomacy
  • Excellent interpersonal communication, writing, and organizational skills
  • Must be detail-oriented and have a strong willingness to learn
  • Must possess the ability to plan, organize, and handle multiple functions simultaneously and communicate clearly and professionally
  • Passionate in game industry and game product
  • Thrive in constant change and comfortable in a start-up environment
  • Excellent communication in English, both verbally and in writing
  • Excellent communication in Mandarin, both verbally and in writing will be advantage
