Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, or - Strategy (preferably in manufacturing, kitchen equipment, or hospitality industry)
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and client management skills
- Target-driven with a proven track record in achieving sales or project targets
- Excellent communication and networking skills, especially with corporate clients (F&B groups, hotels, contractors, etc.)
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Familiar with project-based sales and tender processes is a plus
Job Description:
- Develop and execute business strategies to drive growth in kitchen equipment manufacturing
- Identify new business opportunities, including B2B clients, project tenders, and strategic partnerships
- Conduct market research on industry trends (F&B, hospitality, commercial kitchens) and competitor analysis
- Build and maintain relationships with clients such as restaurants, hotels, catering companies, and contractors
- Manage sales pipeline, from lead generation to project closing
- Collaborate with internal teams (production, engineering, and operations) to ensure project execution
- Prepare business reports, sales forecasts, and performance evaluations
