Job description for Business Development Lead at Avana Indonesia
- Overseeing the annual renewals process, ensuring on-target retention of existing users
- Responsible for the acquisition of new users
- Monitor, train and motivate the performance of BD team
- Ability to improve and develop the sales strategy
- Identify potential partnerships, opportunities to enhance distribution and open up new markets, and methods to enhance efficiency within the organization’s sales and marketing departments
- Provide proactive solutions, brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies
- Work closely with executives and operations specialists to improve operations planning and overall efficiency
- Able to draft a contract and negotiate its terms
- Development of the business's products and services, creating new marketing strategies, generating sales leads and also negotiating and closing deals
- Obtaining new corporate sales accounts
- Creating reports to show and track the growth of the business
- Creating proposal, do the presentation & managing timeline
- Representing AVANA in public events
- Have the ability to reach out to brand owner
- Hold a bachelor degree from a reputable university
- Min. 4 years experience relevant experience in the same fields preferably in startup commerce (SME’s industry will be a PLUS)
- Strong analytic skills and data-driven thinking
- Fluency in English and Bahasa
- A problem solver with a good communication skills
- Must have experience as merchandiser or fashion buyer
- Have a good knowledge in social media
- Self-driven, numbers oriented
