Business Development Manager — Financial Services

What You Will Be Doing

  • Building and managing a portfolio of clients through genuine relationship-driven engagement
  • Identifying client needs and providing tailored financial planning solutions that support their long-term goals
  • Guiding clients through their financial decision-making journey with clarity, trust, and professionalism
  • Developing your own client base through networking, referrals, and community engagement
  • Collaborating with a team of experienced professionals and learning from structured mentorship
  • Growing your business acumen through ongoing training, industry knowledge, and real-world client experience

What We Are Looking For

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills — you are naturally good with people
  • A client-first mindset — you genuinely care about the outcomes you create for others

  • Prior experience in client-facing, sales, BD, or relationship management roles is an advantage

Qualifications

  • Minimum Diploma or equivalent — local polytechnics, 'A' levels, LASALLE/NAFA/SIM/SOTA/SHATEC welcome
  • Singaporeans and PRs with Degree credentials more than welcome
  • No prior financial services experience required — full training and licensing support provided
