Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
Business Development
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, suppliers, and strategic partners.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial presentations.
• Negotiate commercial terms and secure profitable projects.
• Develop and execute business growth strategies.
Requirements
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in business development, project management, trading, logistics, mining, construction, infrastructure, or related industries.
• Demonstrated ability to source and secure projects independently.
• Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
• Established network of clients and industry contacts is highly preferred.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience managing operational teams and project execution.
• Proven track record of delivering profitable projects.
