About the role
As a Business Development at PT. Paradiso Gemintang Anugerah, you will play a key role in identifying and developing new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and supporting the company’s growth initiatives. This full-time position, based in South Jakarta, is responsible for expanding the company’s network, maintaining strong partner relationships, and collaborating with internal teams to drive sustainable business growth and achieve company targets.
Key Responsibilities
* Identify and develop new business opportunities, partnerships, and strategic collaborations
* Prospect and approach potential partners such as cafés, lifestyle venues, retail spaces, event organizers etc.
* Manage the full business development cycle: lead generation, pitching, negotiation, and deal closing
* Maintain strong relationships with existing partners and ensure long-term collaboration
* Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth execution of partnerships
* Monitor market trends, competitors, and new opportunities that can support business growth
* Achieve monthly and quarterly partnership and revenue targets
Qualifications
* Minimum 3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Partnerships, or a related role
* Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
* Experience dealing with clients or partners in lifestyle, retail, F&B, events, or creative industries is a plus
* Able to work independently while also collaborating effectively with a team
* Highly organized, responsible, and detail-oriented
