Job description for Business Development Executive at JoyfulPerson Pte. Ltd.
- Analyse market trends and develop sales plans to increase brand awareness
- Devise account based marketing strategies to reach out to learning leaders and prospective buyers
- Identify and clinch new business opportunities through lead generation strategies such as cold calling, emails or LinkedIn
- Maintain and build sales pipeline to the hit allocated sales target
- Prepare sales proposals and quotations
- Participate in client calls to understand their pain points
- Prepare and deliver presentations for client meetings
- Follow up with leads via email or calls to ensure project closing
- Have at least one year of experience (or have a strong interest) in enterprise sales or account based marketing
- Possess great presentation skills in addition to being an adept communicator
- Have an ability to learn and adapt quickly to changing customer personas
- Have an eye for good copywriting and outreach strategy
- Share a strong understanding of basic marketing
- Self motivated with the drive to exceed sales target
- Ability to think out of the box and take on an innovative approach to solving problems
