Job description for Business Development Executive at Allura Asia
Introduction
The Business Development Team in Allura Asia is an ever-growing, ever-changing community full of enthusiastic and dynamic individuals. As we seek to develop our growth, expanding into new Southeast Asian territories such as Malaysia, Thailand and eventually Indonesia, we aim to provide our clientele with skincare and cosmetic products they can trust.
Job Description
- In charge of entire sales and business development process to acquire new clients and accounts, both online and offline
- Drive strong sales growth to achieve KPIs in assigned territories
- Develop new distributor channels
- Constantly build and maintain strong relationships with B2B customers
- Work with stakeholders and departments to research and identify competitors and new market opportunities, strategies and risks to increase revenue and bottom-line
- Prepare and deliver pitches and demonstrations to external parties
- Perform ad-hoc duties as required.
Qualification
- Highly sales-focused, self-motivated, responsible and dynamic individuals
- Bachelor’s Degree with 2+ years of sales experience
- Beauty industry knowledge
- Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced and result-oriented environment.
