Key Responsibilities

  • Sales & Business Development
  • Identify, generate, and qualify new business opportunities through research and outreach.
  • Prospect potential clients via cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and networking activities.
  • Conduct discovery calls and confidently present the company's digital marketing solutions.
  • Follow up on inbound enquiries and nurture leads through the sales pipeline.
  • Understand client requirements and prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and existing clients.
  • Update and maintain accurate customer information in the CRM system.
  • Work towards achieving individual and team sales targets.
  • Marketing Support
  • Support the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns.
  • Assist with social media management and content creation.
  • Conduct market and competitor research to identify business opportunities.
  • Help create marketing collateral, presentations, and promotional materials.
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide insights for improvement.

Requirements

  • 0โ€“2 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or a customer-facing role.
  • Fresh graduates with a strong passion for sales are encouraged to apply.
