Wellness by Solace is a premier wellness brand in Indonesia, specialising in luxury wellness equipment and bespoke solutions for both residential and commercial clients. We are seeking an experienced Business Development Executive to drive outbound sales, build strategic partnerships, and grow our presence in the high-end market.

Who We're Looking For:

✔ Experience in B2B sales, real estate, or luxury products is highly preferred.

✔ Proven ability to generate and nurture high-value leads, particularly in the premium or commercial market.

✔ Strong lead generation and relationship-building skills via email, cold calling, social media, and networking.

✔ Track record of closing deals and securing long-term business relationships.

✔ Fluent in English and Indonesian, with excellent communication and negotiation skills.

✔ Proficient in CRM systems to track and manage sales pipelines.

✔ Based in Bali or willing to relocate.

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Proactively engage with architects, developers, and high-end clients to generate strategic partnerships.

✔ Conduct onsite visits to present products, build relationships, and secure long-term collaborations.

✔ Identify new business opportunities and execute outbound sales strategies.

✔ Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to overall team goals.

✔ Maintain accurate records of sales activities in the CRM system.

✔ Gather and report market feedback to refine sales strategies.
