The Role

We’re looking for a motivated Business Development / Developer Relations to help drive the growth of FluxRPC. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone early-to-mid career who wants real ownership in Web3 infrastructure sales.

You’ll focus on lead generation, qualification, outreach, and pipeline support, while collaborating closely with senior team members on closing deals. You’ll gain deep exposure to enterprise sales, developer relations, and the cutting edge of Solana/SVM infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect and qualify high-value leads across high-frequency trading firms, development shops, MEV operators, exchanges, institutional finance teams, and individual blockchain developers in the Solana and SVM ecosystems.
  • Conduct outbound outreach, manage initial conversations, and support the full sales cycle to help convert opportunities into revenue.
  • Represent AlphaBatem and FluxRPC at blockchain conferences, summits, and virtual events to build brand awareness and generate qualified leads.
  • Build and nurture relationships with clients, partners, and key communities in the Solana developer and trading spaces.
  • Work closely with our technical team to understand FluxRPC’s capabilities and craft tailored value propositions for different client segments.
  • Track pipeline progress, report on key BD metrics, and contribute to revenue targets.
  • Provide market insights and customer feedback to the product team to strengthen roadmap priorities and product-market fit.
  • Support marketing and community initiatives to increase visibility in the institutional DeFi and Web3 infrastructure space.

Requirements (Must-Have)

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, partnerships, or account management, ideally in fintech, SaaS, developer tools, or blockchain.
  • Solid understanding of the blockchain ecosystem, particularly Solana, DeFi, trading infrastructure, or RPC concepts.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills; confidence presenting to both technical developers and institutional audiences.
  • Self-starter mindset with the ability to manage your own pipeline, prioritize effectively, and take ownership of outcomes.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Have)

  • Existing network or relationships in institutional trading, MEV, or Solana developer communities.
  • Experience selling developer tooling, APIs, infrastructure-as-a-service, or B2B SaaS products.
  • Familiarity with RPC infrastructure, low-latency systems, data pipelines, or high-frequency trading workflows.
  • Prior experience at a Web3 startup or blockchain infrastructure company.
  • Additional languages are a plus.
