Business Development Associate
Pocheri – Bali, Indonesia

Responsibilities
1. Sales & Business Growth
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across product sales, workshops, and studio rental services.
- Develop B2B partnerships with cafés, restaurants, boutiques, hotels, galleries, and lifestyle brands.
- Manage lead generation, pitching, follow-ups, and closing deals.
- Support the creation of sales strategies and pricing models for various offerings.
2. Marketing & Brand Partnerships
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute campaigns that increase studio visibility and revenue.
- Identify and pitch collaboration ideas to influencers, artists, local communities, and tourism-related partners.
- Assist in planning pop-up events, exhibitions, or retail partnerships.
3. Product & Market Research
- Conduct market studies on ceramic trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Work with the production team to forecast demand, optimize product lineup, and identify high-potential product categories.
4. Operational & Administrative Support
- Track and analyze sales performance, inventory, customer data, and business KPIs.
- Support administrative tasks related to bookings, client communication, and event coordination.
- Ensure smooth execution of B2B orders, workshop bookings, and rentals.
Requirements
- Core Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Creative Industries, or related fields.
2+ years of experience in business development, sales, partnership management, or similar roles (experience with creative or lifestyle brands is a strong plus).
Strong communication and negotiation skills—comfortable pitching to partners and clients.
Excellent organizational and project management skills.
-Artistic & Creative Requirements
Deep appreciation and understanding of art, craft, or design; a strong sense of aesthetics is essential.
Genuine interest in pottery, ceramics, or handmade craft—previous experience in the art/craft community is a plus.
Ability to represent Pocheri’s artistic values and communicate our design philosophy to partners and clients.
Sensitivity to design trends, storytelling, and brand experience.

Proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a dynamic, growing studio environment.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build meaningful client relationships.
Fluent in English (Bahasa Indonesia proficiency is a plus).
