Job description for Business Development Associate at Avenue8 Offices
- Manage day to day operations of coworking space, including but not limited to managing tenants, organizing events, sales and marketing, overseeing operations budget, and other administrative duties as assigned.
- Organize community events to help foster strong relationships among members for prospective tenants.
- Maintain a positive culture built upon Avenue8’s mission.
- Maintain good relationship with tenants, manage tenant onboarding, facilitate office tours.
- Manage external partnerships and 3rd party vendors.
- Manage Avenue8’s social media accounts.
- Respond to sales leads in a timely manner.
- Minimum bachelor degree in business administration, marketing, or hospitality.
- At least 1 year experience in office management, customer service, hospitality or sales.
- Experience in startups, digital marketing, hospitality, or sales is a plus.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia, both written and spoken, is a MUST.
- Strong verbal and communication skills
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills
- Honest, dependable, and responsible
